Hey everyone!

Here is who I am ...FINALLY! (sorry)

My name is Teani Gildenzoph.  Yeah, I know its a mouth full, I'm use to it by now. I never expect to have anyone say it right, so if you mess it up  I won't be upset ...Don't worry you've got 4 months to get it down :) Otherwise my nickname is T, so that is a perfectly acceptable alternative. I like both equally.

I live and have lived in Wisconsin Rapids, WI my entire 20 years and counting. We are a paper mill town and pretty rural around us.

I graduated highschool from Port Edwards, WI with a class of 43 kids in 2009 :) I attended college for a year in Mankato, MN at Minnesota State and then another semester at MidState Tech here in Rapids and just didn't find anything that fit, so now I don't and that's kind of how my life started being lead to this missions trip.

I just got done working as a seasonal worker for Ocean Spray Cranberry in the production side of things - so I learned all about the Craisin making process and spent 12hrs. a day testing berries for their acidity and sucross levels. Cool stuff, long hours. Before that I was a waitress. But, from now until we leave I will be babysitting for family and friends.

Free time? Ha. I always feel like I have a million things going on, but don't let me fool you, I find time to have fun with my friends. Um, we do just about anything and everything and have fun. Recently, Skillet was in Stevens Point so we were at that concert...which ROCKED! Otherwise, we've spent some quality time at the pumpkin patch - going through corn mazes, picking out pumpkins and then carving them. Movies, fires, helping out with the youth at church, bowling, or nothing ( we find that just as enjoyable to spend quality time together).

I like all food and have no tattoos. Ha. I'm not entirely sure what you guys should know here as far as "Important Stuff" - you'll find out I'm sure.

This is my very first missions trip! So, I'm pumped. I have many friends that have gone on trips before and some that are full time missionaries so it's be great to talk with them and get an idea for what I'm in for. 4 months is a long time so I'm a tish nervous about the length but that was something I really wanted when I was searching for a trip. I didn't want a week long - get there and leave - deal. I wanted to be able to build relationships with people and spend time getting to know them and serve them and share my joy & faith with them. I'm looking forward to the Lord using me in another country and also to see how I will grow.
